Process

After listening and ensuring we fully understand your requirements, we will visit the site if required, before providing you with a detailed design and fixed price quote. Most pods do not require planning permission but we will advise you and apply to the local authority if this is the case. We will then begin constructing your pod off site, whilst laying foundations and connecting utilities to your garden if required. Typically within 10-12 weeks, your new outdoor living space will be delivered (either as a whole or in smaller prefabricated elements) and installed, ready to use.
