• The quality is in the detail; we fit custom aluminium powder coated flashings around the base and roof of the pod. These aid water run off stoping unsightly water staining to the external cladding and helps keep water to the outside of your studio. Of course these are colour matched to your windows and doors so they look great as well!
• Garden studios under 30sqM don’t have to comply with building regulations unless they contain sleeping accommodation. We don’t cut corners to save money – our pods are designed to modern house standards and comply with current building regulations.
