A Granny Flat with a Twist
A Granny Flat with a Twist In some ways society has come full circle. Where the ‘granny flat’ was all the rage a few decades ago, families are no longer choosing to place their elderly relatives into care homes because of the rising costs and a lack of funds following the recession. For similar financial reasons, more young adults are choosing to stay living with their parents into their twenties and even thirties due to a lack of funds in order to get a mortgage or pay rent on a flat.
Our garden buildings are versatile and allow you to keep your family members close while still leaving them their independence, and are a fantastic option if you have a small house. You can even connect multiple pods if you have several family members that each require their own space.
Our garden studios are fully customisable and can contain all the utilities you require. Because they are eco-friendly, they are energy-efficient and so you won’t see your electricity and gas bills soar any more than they already have with the recent price hikes. Everything about our eco homes is environmentally friendly, from the materials used in construction to the lighting and heating installations. You will save substantially on bills and will have peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are just a few paces away.

Hi Sally,
Yes in certain circumstances they can be designed to be relocatable. If you’d like to perhaps send me some photos along with your address and size of pod you would like I can advise. Please forward any information to info@pod-space.co.uk.
many thanks
