At Pod Space, we understand that for many of our customers, the purpose of choosing to have one of our constructions installed in their garden is to improve their overall quality of life by adding additional space to their living environment. Whatever the intended use of the building, the idea is essentially to add convenience, reduce stress and bring contentment.
For these reasons, our pods are designed to fit around the very needs of each customer that we deal with. Whether you are looking to have garden office buildings fitted that allow you to work from home, or if you’re just after some additional space to relax in separate from the main building of your house, we strive to incorporate all the features that you require.

Each design is carried out with the customer, and the building’s main purpose of use, in mind. We have stock designs that you can browse on our website, from our Micro Pods that provide a single, additional room ideal for an office or study, to our Eco Pods which are our largest standard constructions that have space for up to four people to comfortably work.
Other options in between exist, including our Glide Pods, which are designed as a living space for up to two adults. These pods provide an easy and stylish alternative to having an extension added directly on to a home, and with options for a WC or kitchen to be included in the build, the space can be fully self-contained should you want.
Each design concept is fully customisable, with additional features ranging from shower rooms to glass roofs. Our experienced design team will always look to achieve the space that you want, so even if the specifications that you see listed on our website do not meet your requirements, don’t hesitate to contact us and see what, together, we can achieve.
Taking Care of The Entire Process
We take care of every part of the building process, making sure that each client is fully engaged in the design procedure so that the finished product is turned out to the exact specifications that you desire. Detailed plans and designs will be provided, along with a fixed quote, so that you can be confident that all your needs are met.
We have endeavoured to make sure that our constructions are ‘permitted developments’ so that, in many cases, it is not necessary to acquire planning permission for our garden buildings. Nonetheless, some circumstances dictate that permission is required. If this is the case, we will provide you with relevant advice and submit applications to the local authority so that minimum inconvenience is caused to you.
Once everything is in place, pod construction starts off-site, with foundations laid and utility requirements installed on the plot where the pod will sit. Within around twelve weeks, your new building will be brought on to site and assembled by our specialist team causing next-to-no fuss. With our pods, it really couldn’t be easier to add space to your home.
