Award winning design
as part of our process

We can bring your design concept to life with the latest 3d CAD and BIM modelling software. From initial sketch scheme to detailed construction drawings, we've got every angle covered. Our BIM capability gives us complete coordination through design development, manufacture, production and site works for tighter control over quantities and costs.

Quality built in

At the core of each module is a framework constructed from fabricated steel, timber and BBA certified fire resistant boards for protection and stability. Every panel and steel component is detailed by our design team and manufactured in our workshop for precision fit and finish. A layered roof construction is finished with a fully bonded high performance EPDM membrane or alternatives for a pitched roof.

We can design and specify a range of cladding finishes to suit your scheme. Where we specify natural timber cladding, it's always FSC certified and premium grade. Specialist timber finishes such as Charred Larch create a stunning aesthetic but for practicality we can also use fire rated products. If we're designing aluminium cladding components then they'll be detailed by our design team for precision installation and a perfect finish.

Durable, thermally broken commercial grade aluminium frames to the windows and doors. The slimline profile is colour matched to the building and finished with energy efficient double glazed safety glass. Trickle vents provide background ventilation and ironmongery is also colour matched. High security kitemarked locks with multiple locking points.

We incorporate renewable forms of heating and cooling into our commercial projects in conjunction with our approved installers. We can also offer options for mechanical ventilation systems to ensure our buildings meet the highest standards of indoor air quality. The lighting design works efficiently and sustainably but it also meets the needs of your users. If you need connection into an existing BMS, we can work with that.

We can work with your specification to include kitchen and washing facilities or whatever is required to cover all of the practical needs of your business. If you are working with an interior design team or a specialist consultant for your IT then we'll happily collaborate to ensure that each element of the build ties up for a seamless completion.

High performance natural installation is packed into the panels to provide a typical U value of less than 0.18W/m2K. The air permeability is less than 2m3/h m2 at 50Pa. High levels of insulation, coupled with double glazing results in a typical acoustic rating of Rw 40dB (decibels). This compares favourably with a more 'traditional' masonry building.
