Pod Space work in partnership with you to give you exactly what you want. Our reception and visitor centres stand out for the right reasons!

Modular buildings are a great cost-effective solution if you have difficult access or want as little disruption as possible. As up to 90% of the building is manufactured off-site in our factory, this means you will have no delays due to on-site conditions like the weather.

It’s also important to remember that modular buildings are subject to the same regulations as traditional buildings.

The design

Our modular buildings have surprised many of our customers with just how practical, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing they can be. We are well-known for our design. We have in-house architectural designers that really know their stuff and can come up with a range of concepts or deliver as close to your own ideas as possible.

Design is where we stand apart from our competitors. When we say your design is bespoke, we really mean it.

Complying with DDA regulations is also a consideration, and in previous buildings, we have incorporated low thresholds, ramp access and wheelchair accessible bathrooms, without affecting the aesthetic of the building.

The build

Pod Space has won awards for their buildings. Manufacturing at our factory in Yorkshire means we can tightly control the quality of your building during the construction phase.

The materials we choose for construction are of the highest quality, and the tradespeople we use have decades of experience in modular construction.

You will have one centralised point of communication throughout the off-site construction phase, and we work hard to ensure that you are involved at every step of the way. Communication is where we shine.

When it gets to delivery and installation, this is very quick. Depending on the complexity and access of your park, it can take as little as a few days! Compare that to traditional construction, this is a great solution to mitigate downtime and disruption in your park.

Like holiday lodges, we can bring our modules separately to connect on site.
